Our new Community Centre is housed within the apartment building located at Collins Place. All of our amenity rooms are free for all of our residents to use, and they are as follows:

About our Community:
The reason why we call Colborne Place & Collins Place a community, is because we don’t just offer housing for independent senior living. At JASLO Properties, we treat our residents as one big family! That’s why we provide a variety of social programming, so everyone always feels welcome and at home, when they move into our Colborne-Collins Place Community. Along with our social programming we also offer a “Telephone Assurance” program, where we personally call residents daily to check in and see how they’re doing. These different programs are available to all of our residents, if they’d like to participate or not, but we believe its this one-on-one service that sets us apart from other senior living locations.
about Our Social programming:
There are a variety of activities we offer at our community centre. We love seeing our residents get together weekly to socialize. Different types of activities that we offer are exercise classes, bingo, food and drink socials, informative speaking presentations and more. Due to the variety of social programming that we offer, we provide a monthly calendar & newsletter that includes more information about activity sign up, pictures from prior activities, and up to date information regarding community events. You’re sure to feel the sense of community when you drop by the community centre to participate in programming or to just say hello to your neighbours.
