Welcome to our newest addition to our Colborne-Collins Community! This 3 storey seniors only apartment building was completed in December of 2020. It consists of 38 (one & two bedroom) apartment suites, an underground parking garage, an indoor heated swimming pool, rooftop patio and much more! The building is located at 370 Ellor St in Strathroy, tucked nicely behind the townhomes at Collins Place.

Video Intercom System
The intercom system throughout the building is setup through video chat. Each apartment comes with their own tablet, allowing residents to see their visitor first, before opening the lobby door. This system also allows residents to call back and forth between each other if they’d like.
