OUR RENTAL RATES ARE ALL-INCLUSIVE!
Whether you’re looking to reside at Colborne Place or Collins Place, we try to make it very simple for our residents. So, our townhome rentals are all-inclusive and include the following:
Utilities (Hydro, Heat, Water & Sewer) – Residents to provide their own Phone & Internet/Cable services
Stainless Steel Fridge, Dishwasher, Stove & Range-hood (supplied and maintained by us)
Lawn Maintenance & Snow Removal
Free access to our Community Centre
Free Social Programming
